God I am hungry. eaten too much already today from the point of view of trying to very slowly drop a few kg. Did 15 miles earlier, came back and had a top up but as usual I want more. Not just the munchies but really want something. Alright there is fruit but it tastes like crap apart from the tons of cherries I have eaten this week. Savoury is needed in a big way. What tastes like a kebab with real ale alongside but has the calorific value of water?
