Does anybody find that the two go hand in hand?

Like really badly - to the point where you begin to get tired of it yourself?

I need some healthy alternatives before the government start taxing my emissions.

Has it got Linseeds in it? I tired of paying £5 for 500g out of the supermarket so went to a wholefood shop and made my own. Slightly overdid the linseeds with dramatic effects!

No mention of Linseeds in the ingredients. Usually buy the Aldi or Lidl sugar free stuff. About £1.50 for 40Kg or something.

Ah, perhaps I shouldn't have been buying the Dorset stuff with the beautiful boxes and the constant prizedraws for VW campervans...

I dunno about wind, but I go though a lot less loo roll since I switched to Bran flakes.

It could be fruit in it has been dried with sulphur dioxide - that gives you wind.

I have supermarket own brand (i.e. sometimes Tesco) sugar/salt free muesli every morning and don't suffer from excessive flatulence. It's more likely to be those umpteen pints of ale you had the night before 🙂
