Thinking of giving the car a spruce up tomorrow. I've found some cans of that muc off protect and shine. Any reason why I shouldn't use it on my cars trim?

Back to Black is shite, you might as well just git it some ‘bike spray’ it’s just a silicon spray to make it look dark.

Best potion I ever used I forget the name of, it comes in a white bottle with a green square on the front from Halfords, it gives a good result without being too shiny and lasts a couple of months.

Some had a good result with a blow torch recently.

(Slightly drunk post).

You’re talking about external black plastic trim on the car, yes.

If so, Autoglym Bumper & Trim Gel will bring it up a treat.

The gel's last the longest - had some Halfords own nono-tech stuff in a green bottle, and a little goes a long way. Back to black is OK for tyres, but doesn't last long on black plastic trim
