Hi!

I'm off to Polzeath next week camping. Seemed a good idea a month ago but with all this drought around we might get stuck for things to do!

Has anyone reccomendations of places to ride? Ideally a few routes I can do with the wife, 15 miles or so, and then a few more challenging I can do on my own.

Cheers for any help!

I'm there in June, if you find anything, let me know.... PS Camel Trail is just a family track. Hardly worthy of being called off road.

Camel Trail; it's dusty in the dry and mega busy with people who've not ridden a bike for many a year,oh and dog walkers, walkers and horses if I remember. It was wet and soft, to the extent that my 1.5" touring tyres were sinking into the surface when it was raining heavily on a return trip on one occaision.

There are some nice views though up and down the estuary.

I'd prefer to ride the minor roads round the little villages and along the coast, that is nice.
