Just odds and ends of bridleways near you (Grisedale near Nicky Nook, Beacon Fell etc).

Longridge Fell (bws and in the forest at far end).

A few Bowland BWs and green lanes starting from Chipping,Dunsop Bridge etc.

Salter Fell. Gisburn. Quick hop up to Lakes. Quick hop down to Rivington and Darwen.

Some great but cheeky gravelly tracks from Abbeystead up to Caton and Hornby. It’s all the Duke’s land; the gamekeepers are sound unless there’s a shoot on.

PM Me and I'll show you some areas to ride when lockdown lifts. I live in Longridge but work in Inglewhite a few miles from Garstang. There's not a massive amount around Garstang as such but moving further into Bowland there are some more tracks.

I went through a similar move 4 years ago.
Get a road bike, they said.
I resisted for years, but "they" were right, the road riding in the Forest of Bowland is absolutely fist class.

So, get a road bike.

Garstang may not have decent trails but the light ash cafe near bilsborrow does the best cakes ever. The queen went there a couple of years ago as it's next to the agricultural college.

There s a few roadie cafes near garstang but light ash is so good I always go there.

The roadie cafe is at scorton- Apple store cafe.

Light ash farm cafe is lush, meals are good but cakes are the best. The canal runs near so I d cycle along the tow path, although after galgate towards Preston it's v muddy.

We ate at the Italian orchard near Broughton, good place to meet people travelling as it's near the motorway. Food is brilliant and well priced. Fixed price menu. More of a restaurant tho.

Barton grange garden centre is good too, the cafe and deli.

Hope it helps.

Old stomping ground.....a long time ago!

I second the 'get a road bike' suggestion.

I had mixed fortunes with the gravel riding on my MTB. Some farmers turned a blind eye (tenants???) others were vocal and occasionally confrontational but I used to ride a superb track starting here: 53.993774,-2.666968

Unfortunately I notice a lot more signs up along the lines of 'Private Property' where I now live but I think that's mostly for liability issues although I'm sure most of them will have Public Liability Insurance.
