Looking to buy a one-off licence for MS Office Home and Student, not looking at annual subscription or CD as laptop doesn't have a DVD drive.
Maybe even the 2016 version rather than 2019, prices seem to vary from < £27 from buysoftwareonline.com to > £100 from quite a few suppliers.
Any recommendations for where to/not to buy from?
Thanks

Last I looked you'd need an academic email address, dunno if that's still the case.
If you're a student, can you not get it through the school / Uni?
You know the web versions are all free online, right?
If it's for a school or Uni age student, then the school or Uni will probably have provided them with an Office365 email address/account.
If so, you can download the full MS suite for free, and also use the online versions and they will have 1TB of cloud storage.
Don't buy it, students can get it for free. I have done this loads of times for our home devices and also for my Dads laptop (he qualifies as he helps my kids with their homework)
Not a student I'm afraid so I'm prepared to pay for it but just wondering if there's some places better than others to get it from. Thanks
Watch out for telephone activated volume license keys , several companies are selling these and they aren't legal and could be revoked at any time
