Moving from iOS to android once my new galaxy s8 arrives.

I believe I can still get Apple Music so that will be good , but I also like Apple News, mainly for the unlimited access to Autosport magazine.

Is there anything similar to Apple news on android ? Rest of the apps I’ve not invested in so no great hold on me.

Any other tips etc appreciated.

Thanks

Google news? I've just moved myself.

It's much better. Much more customisable and the delivery of the requird content seems much more proactive/based on your input rather than Apples mediocre effort.

Smoothsync do a couple of apps that let your google contacts/calendars merge/sync with iCloud. Handy if you still have an ipad or people have got used to your icloud email.

When you plug your phones into each other the Samsung smart switch gizmo will also download the Android versions of the ios apps you have, which I found very straightforward when I did the same switch a couple of weeks ago.
