You don't need to be an 'investor' to invest in Singletrack: 6 days left: 95% of target - Find out more
The last time we moved (about 20 years ago) we showed the prospective buyers around for fist and second viewings. The lady that bought our house was very friendly and we saw her a few times before she moved in, I gave her my phone number and address and even went back when a dodgy standard lamp of hers tripped the RCD.
This time around things seemed to have changed and the estate agents insisted on dealing with all viewings (with us vacating the house). We have no idea (other than a name) who is buying the house.
I have a Royal Mail redirection set-up, should I also leave a forwarding address? Not sure what the norm is.
I have prepared an information sheet with location of stop-cock, gas/electricity meters, name of local plumber, instructions, warranties etc and am wondering if I should leave some contact details on the bottom.
6 months mail redirection to remind you what needs to be changed and forget about the christmas chards
I wouldn't, there's no need to, and you run the risk of hassle if they turn out to be a prat. If they really need to get in touch they can do so through the agent.
The owner of the house we bought a couple of months back left a huge set of golf clubs in the bathroom; we sorted out getting them back to him this way.

I wouldn't have made it to the second viewing
I'd say yes. What's the worst that could happen
forget about the christmas chards
Chard isn't just for Christmas

I like a bit of reading material to pass the time whilst taking a dump, but I've never practiced golf.
anything that we forgot about got given to the estate agent who then mailed it to us. May as well get them to do something for the money you give them!
