So, I'm apply for a remortgage and have had the offer from the lender.  The conveyancer is just starting to go through the motions and should also get the offer confirmation over the next couple of days.  I'd also like to buy a new car on PCP to get a better discount then pay in full before starting the credit agreement.  At what point can I strike a deal for the car without interfering with the mortgage?

TIA

if you have an offer you're home and dry, make an app for pcp whenever you like. If something happens and you have to make a fresh app then it may trip you up.

I wouldn't be applying for any credit until the new mortgage was complete. These things have a habit of going tits-up at the last moment.

PCP the full amount is added to your credit file. If you PCH (lease) then it is just the monthly payment. Plus leasing can work out cheaper.
