A while back someone posted a link to a really good calculator that lets you work out how over payments etc will effect your mortgage.

Unfortunately a reformatting of my computer has lost all my bookmarks (silly me for not saving them).

So - can anyone point me in the direction of such calculators.

Thanks for that Rondo 😛 unfortunately that search term throws up more calculators that assume I WANT a mortgage when I actually want to work out how I can pay off my current mortgage using a lump sum/overpay etc. And I simply can't work out the right search term to find the sort of calculator I want.

Stumpy is being more helpful though 😉

tbh I created one in Excel, as that gave me the ability to 'customise' - and then calculated that it wasn't worth using one of those Virgin type mortgages...
