Can anyone point me to an online calculator that will show me monthly payments AND a breakdown of remaining loan each year over the course of the loan (ie, after 10 years you will owe X, after 15 years it will be y).

Ta in advance 🙂

Can anyone point me in the direction of one that tells me how much I can borrow?

e.g. I have £xx,xxx deposit, I earn £xx,xxx, I can buy a house valued at £xxx,xxx.

I have a spreadsheet I could mail you with various info on that I created when I could find nothing online that suited.

I used one from here for Excel after a bit of jiggery pokery with units etc - it worked really well for what I needed and you could plug in overpayments etc and see what effect it would have. HTH.

EDIT: ps - it is free...
