Well I know where's there's 'Undreds'.
It turned a bit red/brown when I scraped it, & according to my book it's a Shaggy Parasol.
But I'm still not sure!

You should have cut it though rather than pulling it up I think.. Something to do with maintaining the root structure for future blooms or someting

If you're unlucky shaggy parasol will make you vom well and good 🙂
But it wont kill you. It's generally edible like the parasol, but some people can be allergic to it.
Unfortunately Im one of those who respond badly to shaggy parasols. Which means you only mistake them once.. barf.
We get loads of parasols and shaggies on the common. Im much better at distinguishing them now from patterns on their stem and where they grow 🙂
