reboot your router. your NAT may be set as 'strict' meaning it will be nigh on impossible to connect to a game.

But - it is damn good isn't it? I love the excitement at the end of most levels - such as outrunning the baddies and jumping for the helicopter! Has my heart racing. Trying to resist onlining until I have completed the game though.

Well if it DID work and now it wont i doubt its got anything to do with NAT, can you get on any other Xbox servers trying another game ?

it worked fine on waw. it does say it is set to strict. nothing I have done mind.

I can't offer advice on tinternet connection but would like to know if there is bad language used in the game as my son would like to get it. I don't mind the shoot me up gore but don't wish to hear bad language in the house. He want be going online with either so will it still be a viable game??

I don't remember hearing any on this one yet, but there have been some very strong language on previous versions so I would check carefully. Perhaps the Infinity Ward website will say?

Its an 18, there is swearing all over the place, especially in the narration between levels.

Yes there's bad langauge but it also very graphic in stages with the violence on cut scenes.

DaddyPig - Guide here on opening up ports for Xbox live it's for netgear may not be your model but they tend not to vary much if it does then change the model on the site.
