Hmm I had one of those last night and it was the lowest scoring of the 3 IPA's I had last night, in order or scoring they were:

1. Brewdog Punk IPA
2. Crafty Dan 13 Guns American IPA
3. Harbour Antipodean IPA

oooh, no MrO - 13 guns wins for me (of yr top two anyway)

It's harbour.

I really like 13 guns though, not a fan of punk IPA.

Which is strange as it doesn't get great reviews and is actually the butt of a few jokes amongst brewers.

And I thought this was going to be another 'allo allo' thread.

Just been out for a quick ride this evening and now bike all locked up.

Fly back to work tomorrow morning. 4 flights, 2 days of travelling, lots of sitting around in airports. 6 weeks of working 12hrs a day / 7 days a week. Rubbish food. And the only mountain bikes on site are really cheap Chinese ones.

That's nothing - I posted 48 minutes ago and I'm only 3% through update 5 of 10. The joy has somewhat left the evening. 🙁

In response to Toddboy I might add that I've got home from two weeks on the road/rails. Crap hotels, premier inns, trying not to overeat on cheap food, some nights working up to midnight... Only to disastrously fail my quarterly target in a big way.

Can't even have a sniff of the Mount Gay XO MIL has brought back for me.

Could have been the order drunk though as it was:

2,3,1 so perhaps I was more mellow by 1. TBH it was a close call after a stressful day (it was also my Birthday)

However having considered your OP I think your problem is that you are calorie counting. It's miserable. Go eat a back of chocolate Hob-nobs.

I've seen photos of the food that trail_rat gets offered in Africa from where he's currently posting.

Blimey Molgrips I've been in Dorchester and therefore past Bournemouth twice - if you have told me I could have brought a bike.

Yeah, calorie counting can be a bummer, doesn't matter how high i try to make the number i never seem to make it above 60kg.....
