Hi All,

If you are out biking around Dunkeld/Pitlochry can you please keep an eye out for Malcolm? I know the chances are slim but his family are distraught.

Malcom is a keen hill walker so the chances are he is remote.

Doesn't look good. When I loved in Summerseat the Police came in the pub one night asking about a similar elderly walker who hadn't returned home. The poor old chap was found early the next morning by a dog walker, lying half in the river Irwell with a broken arm, where he had slipped and fallen off the bank the evening before.

It’s really not looking good as a body has been found on the railway in Pitlochry.

Just awaiting confirmation of identity.

Sad to hear that, terrible news.

There was an elderly gent went missing on Arran in spring of 2017, last saw walking toward Machrie Moor, he's never been found...

It was Malcolm. The only positive I can muster in all of this are at least the family now know what’s happened to him.

I am deeply sorry to hear. Best wishes to his family. And may his memory be eternal.
