My daughter wants this on her tablet. Question is, should I get the one for a fiva, or get one of the free ones. On android tablet e t btw.

gameplay on the authentic version is excellent. Well worth it on the boys' tablets.

Survivalcraft is getting a lot of play atm from my 6yo - £2.99. That's after playing minecraft a lot, though, so prob is best to start there.

Depends how old your kid is really - the open-ended style of minecraft is what makes it so creative, but the younger kids will prob appreciate a bit more structured gameplay. I guess all these minecraft clones that have sprung up offer that.

Minecraft will probably be the best fiver ever spent. It'll keep her occupied for ages.

When you calculate the £ per hour it works out extremely cheap.

we've got it in 3 tablets, a mac, a desktop, had it on the PS3, XBOX and now XBONE and still think the £/hour smashes every other game into the dust (apart from maybe the lego starwars trilogy that the kids rinsed about 3 times)
