Formerly of The Alarm. Seemed a top bloke, and did like that first album. Will be giving it a spin later in memoriam  Rest in Peace...

Oh no 😒 I used to love The Alarm and saw them a couple of times in my yoof. There was a good documentary about him I found somewhere random a while back. See if I can find it and a link....

He was a nice bloke, well youth when I met him. Group of us were in the Leicester Uni bar playing some pool before a Cocteau Twins gig, spent a couple of hour knocking some balls about, had a right laugh.

Sad news.  The Alarm were my first concert back in 1985 - a brilliant introduction to live music.

My first gig as well, weirdly with my mate dave h as well, inspired a spiky mullet and the first band I ever travelled anywhere to see. RIP Mr Peters

I met a bunch of peeps walking around Cardiff Bay Barrage last year, it was a fundraising event for his cancer charity.  I must adit I hadnn't heard of him before, though I had heard of The Alarm.  The group stood out as not being the types you normally see strolling along the barrage.  They all obviously thought very highly of him (and his wife).
