Any ideas where I can get those microwave heat bags/pads from?

A real shop as I could do with it today

Thanks

Rpbert Dyas do a number of things of that ilk;

eg.

Sock + rice. Works perfectly, you may not even have to go out of the house!

A cloth bag/sock and some dried maize works well.

I got mine from Boots. But, I would think any largish pharmacy type place should have them.
