Hi
I don't have a microwave at home so aren't used to the magic white cooking box!
I have access to one at work now ,along with a small fridge and freezer
What works in said magic box that doesn't take much faffing to prepare?

You'd struggle to go wrong with re-heating home made soup to be honest. Leftover pasta can be ok as well, generally better if there's a reasonable amount of sauce with it.
