I need some aluminium corner cut down a bit. It's for edging the ply floor of a van.

I can find plenty of this stuff..
..but it's all too deep on one edge. The smallest I can find is 40mm and I need some cut down to around 15mm. I don't want to attempt it myself as it's a 1.5 Metre length and I want it to look neat.

Any recommendations?

Unless you're seriously crap an Exakt precision saw will make it an easy DIY job.

It would be far easier and cheaper to get some angle bent to your dimensions that to cut down existing angle.

There's a place down at Newbridge (on teh road that goes across the end of the runway) who made a couple of wee brackets for me once and have made some big ally transects for the ecologists at work - I'll see if I can find the name...
