I enter the code but the discount page just shows the spinning "loading" graphic permanently. It never actually loads. I've emailed tech but wondered how many others this was affecting?
I'm about to buy a new Exposure light and the discount overview page says there's an 18% discount! Not to be sniffed at! if only I could access it. Frustrating!! 😖 🤯Â

I get the same at the moment. There is a support E-mail on the discount page, but I haven't yet had a reply.
I asked a few days ago on the main discount thread and it was working for at least one other person at that point who helpfully replied (Nick I think, sorry can't locate the main thread on my phone)

Fwiw had similar issues buying from exposure last year. Their website doesn't seem to play nicely with browsers other than edge. Apart from finding that out later, when I spoke to the exposure sales folk they'd never heard of the discount code, or the outfit offering them. They did look after me however. If you're still struggling speak to exposure would be my takeaway.
@Del thanks. I did phone Exposure and they were helpful but said they (obviously) didn't have any control over STW/myezrewards discounts. I half hoped they would offer me the same discount, which of course they weren't obligated to, but no such luck!

Thanks for that, I know you guys are short staffed and busy with a myriad of other issues, but I wonder if there is any update on this? I'm holding off on a couple of bigish purchases until this is fixed! Not expecting you to down tools and focus on this just for me, but it's probably affecting quite a few others. FYI, the discount page says to email myezrewards if there is a technical issue. I did this last week and I got no response.
Any further updates on the member discount page crashing? Im still just getting the 'loading' page, as others have mentioned.
Is it just some people, or are all members affected?, or is the discount page even still a thing now?
I emailed support @ myezrewards on 22/04, and heard nothing. I then emailed singletrack tech on 25/04, and so far have heard nothing.
Ive tried deleting cookies, and reloading page, the emailed access code works , but then the result is still same in both firefox and edge. I have same issue on my mobile, tablet and pc.

FWIW I've just managed to get a discount code for Exposure, went through the order process and it was applied to my basket successfully.Â

I was intending in buying anything, just testing it out to see if it worksÂ
I'm using Chrome on Android.
It also worked for Gorewear, so that's 2 for 2.
I'm having issues too. I get the code via email, enter it, but it says its invalid so can't access the rewards page.
Any tips please?
