I feel you may need to re-evaluate your life choices if a McDs bacon roll is a once in a while treat.

I like a bacon roll, but it never gets a look-in.
Breakfast wrap with brown sauce (and an extra hash brown) or double sausage & egg mcmuffin meal for me....

£3?! crikey, thought they would have been half that (not that I would have been tempted away from my usual double sausage and egg mcmuffin...)

I just had a bacon roll! Normally a Lidls shopper, but was passing Waitrose, so bacon was £3.15 [12 hand cure rashers, of which i used 5],
rolls were £1.35 for 4, delicious white rye. So £1.65, with butter. 😋
But I do have to clean my own grill pan.

Bacon roll look rubbish on the TV ad. Sausage & egg McMuffin FTW (obvs)

Double sausage and egg mcmuffin meal with flat white.
Maybe a sausage, egg and cheese bagel if I fancy a change (and the risk of the weird scrambled egg water dripping on me).

They're edible but not sure I'd consider them a treat.

£2 for a Greggs bacon roll and a coffee they're better.

Fir a bacon roll you need to go to The Horn near Dundee. I had a roll there over twenty years ago and I still think about it.

Such poor quality bacon but so much of it on such a tasty giant roll with lashings of butter.

Perfect for a road trip haha

This +1 Surely you know going to McD's for a bacon roll is wrong?

Can't put my finger on why but Greggs bacon rolls are hard to beat.

Do Greggs still serve theirs without butter? ☹️

Ah, I must've had a duff one then.

Lock Inn in Bradford on Avon does a very good bacon sandwich. I might treat myself next month!

Now you can customise easily from those touch screens it's all about a double sausage and egg bagel meal. And now I'm hungry.

Was 20 years ago the last time you had the horn, no a bacon roll!

Greggs for me also. It’s a treat after my last night shift of each week. Sausage and bacon barm, a coffee and some brownies £3.30. Right across the road from the Hospital I work at 😀

Booths gammon baguette from their deli section is only 3 quid, they weigh out the meat content I thinks it's 200g, plus as much mustard, redcurrant or pickle as you dare ask for. Gosh I m hungry writing this.

The worst thing on the breakfast menu IMO.
Flaccid streaky bacon on a tasteless roll. Nah.
Double sausage and egg muffin and a hash brown for me.
I do wish the egg was a little runny...

Why would you go into Maccy D’s for breakfast and not just instinctively order a double sausage and egg McMuffin?

Weirdo’s!

Washed down with a pint of full fat coke. Nothing shifts a hangover quite like it! 😃

We nipped into the Booths cafe for a full breaky the other week, feeling delicate after a big night out. It was outstanding!

Breakfast wrap (brown, obvs) is my weapon of choice. With auxiliary hash brown. I’ve had the bacon roll, it’s the diet breakfast option I suppose, but it’s poor value compared to the other choices and not even a particularly inspired example of the classic breakfast snack.

Breakfast wrap is my preferred choice in McDonald's.

The breakfast wrap in Costa is a more expensive alternative

MC Donald's breakfasts are just disgusting.

The sausage tastes like cardboard soaked in pork fat and burnt on the outside.

The egg is like rubber.

Why would you put cheese on it?

*Vomit*

Greg's on the other hand, £2.25 with a coffee. Bargain. Bacon is nice and crispy, bread, proper hp sauce, what's not to like?

It was my day shift treat whilst filming and treat for getting into the office almost 2 hours late because the boss wasn't in treat when working a bit less hard!

You’re (edit; almost) all wrong. The breakfast of (fat) Gods is the sausage and egg bagel, customised to add ketchup and bacon. Washed down with a coffee and a hash brown on the side. I don’t think that there is a single more caloric item on the entire menu. I’m drooling just thinking about it... 🤤

One of my mates is an artic driver delivering to Maccy D’s (his run is the west coast of Scotland, the Jammy sod!)

The truck drivers, as they drive through the night, setting off in the early hours, generally stop at one their drop offs for a Maccy D’s breakfast

The breakfast wraps have been christened ‘heart attack wraps’ by them all due to the amount of them who’ve had coronary’s since they were introduced
