"If Max Clifford is so good at PR, why does everyone think he's a ****"

Think that was from Viz. Always mad me laugh.

"If Max Clifford is so good at PR, why does everyone [s]think[/s] know he's a ****"

Fixed this for you. And that's the true art of the particular toxic type of PR he specialises in.

He's an utterly hypocritical shit, in the Richard Littlejohn mould. The world in general would be a far nicer place without either of them.

Clifford is indeed a quite horrible individual, which became pretty obvious when Louis Theroux did a prog on him. Quite how you have classified Richard Littlejohn in the same category as Max Clifford is bizarre!

That'll be the Richard Littlejohn who picked on an innocent teacher going through gender issues, quite possibly leading to her suicide?

Yes, he's definitely in the same category as Max Clifford.

Because both sanctimoniously preach on about how they are acting as some kind of moral lynchpin, whilst both being cynical and hypocritical.

There were plenty of other ****s I could have used as examples.

'There is no such thing as bad publicity'

- Max Clifford

I'm going to have to disagree on that one, Max...

I wonder if we will have some of the recriminations we saw about the bbc post saville from fleet street scrutinizing ignoring the **** in their midst

Banksy got it right

It's progress, but all told it's just the tip of the iceberg...

Almost seems as if the establishment are sacrificing Max to remove his credibility if he dishes the dirt on them

So strange that no real progress has been made of the investigation into Elm Guest House; could it be the power and influence of the names involved?

Interesting given the report on sexual harrassment at the House of Commons today...

Sentencing on Friday. It will be interesting to see if he gets a proper jail term.
