Morning all,
It's time for a new mattress and we're looking at something with a memory foam top.
So what to look for or avoid?
Got an Eve off of t'interweb which is full memory foam thing. It's absolutely brilliant! I also have a discount code somewhere if you are interested.

As recommended by many on here, try John Ryan .
We got one of the artisan naturals a few months ago, and it is fabulous. They do all sorts with toppers etc to suit all tastes and budgets.
We've got a Tempur mattress.
Hate it.
I should clarify on the above...my wife sleeps ok on the mattress now, I'm still suffering.
A lot of mattress companies allow a trial period, Tempur included...so you can just try one.
Unfortunately we didn't qualify for the Tempur trial, but that was Furniture Village not Tempur.
Another happy John Ryan natural artisan user here. Much much better than the memory foam mattress we used to have.
