Do some people have very small garages?
I counted 4 items in one persons ad the other day.
Can we have some sort of measuring system in place?
5 items or less is not a clearout of any description
5-10 items = 'bit of a clearout'
10-20 = 'garage clearout'
20+ = 'massive clearout - I'm emptying the house'
That's very garage-ist. I would consider it rude to mention the size of someone's garage in public like that, especially in such a derogatory way.
Not everyone can afford a big garage.
I'd be quite happy with 'bedside table clearout' if all someone has is a couple of stems, a pair of knackered SPD's and a rear mech to get rid of.
It's trying to gauge the number of items for sale from the ad title that bothers me.
I agree ....
MASSIVE clearout always hooks me and then they end up with 5 odds and sods ....
😆
Down with this sort of thing.
It's a MASSIVE clearout like your post about it is FASCINATING. 😉
my shed is massive, and its always being cleared out, mostly to make way for the next batch of stuff i will clear out..

dear buyers, my boss has a meeting just after eleven so all being well the stuff, from my massive clearout, will be in the post today, mush love
This qualifies as a massive clearout;
