Looking for a recommendation or 2 for Indian or Italian or pub food near ish to Manchester airport please for 4 lads from work. Happy to drive 20-30 mins. Please!
A thirty minute drive from Manc airport covers a lot of ground. Are you looking for proper nice/s****y (i.e. expensive), or just, you know, decent?
Jalfrezi or Bombay to Mumbai in Bramhall.
Gatley is only a couple of junctions and 10 mins up the M56 and there's either Sadagar, or Gatley Tikka Masala, both which are OK/Good for trad Indian
Jalfrezi or Bombay to Mumbai in Bramhall.
seconded - 15 mins from airport
You're straight into Didsbury or Chorlton in well under half an hour, which opens up a whole world of foody delights
My own personal favourite is the Drop Bar Cafe in Chorlton for absolutely top notch Caribbean food. Google says its 13 minutes drive
Third eye in Didsbury... 15mins for superb Nepalese cuisine.
Just looking for good value. 15-20 quid mains
There are branches of Rudy's all over Mcr, they do some of the best pizza in the UK at very reasonable prices.
Victors in Hale
You could easily get to Altrincham Market or Stockport Produce Hall (both run by the same people) where there's a great selection of food and beer.
Bella vita in Didsbury?
There’s a Rudy’s in Didsbury too. Good pizza.
Original Third Eye Didsbury - agreed. Good.
great Kathmandu West Didsbury.
Double zero in Chorlton.
It’s a potentially long list of suitable places.
"Altrincham Market or Stockport Produce Hall (both run by the same people)"
Altricham market is run by the same people as Mackie mayor in town and Picturedrome in Macc
Stockport produce hall is seperate, similar idea but different people
Ah yeah, sorry, I was mixing it up with Picturedrome in Macc. Good food and beer at all of them though.
Jai Kathmandu in Northenden. Probs 10 mins from Airport. Stunning Nepalese food.
Indian Tiffin Room in Cheadle or Bellini for Italian. Personally I'd go to La Cueva for tapas 😀
Pretty spoilt for choice round here.
Jalfrezi and B2M in Bramhall for sure. And better options for a pre/post drink. Saying that, Indian Tiffin Room on a different level last time I was there. Totally banging //chefs kiss//
