You don't need to be an 'investor' to invest in Singletrack: 6 days left: 95% of target - Find out more
Hello,
I'm flying from Manchester for a day trip to Northern Ireland, but I can't seem to find any parking under about £30 which seems a bit extortionate for one day.
Does anyone have any idea about how to pay as little as possible for 1 days parking?
Thanks,
Toby
always use LCS meet & greet - costs about £40 for a week, not sure for a day. but they meet you at departures, eff off in your car then fetch it back to arrivals when you land.
Take the train.
Park in Whythenshaw and get the tram in.
I hold no responsibility for your car if you choose this option.
Unfortunately, I'm coming over from Bangor, and there are no early train options for the time of the flight. Likewise, for the return journey.
I'd not considered parking somewhere en route and getting a train though. That could work....
Any use?

It might be a good idea to get the train from East Didsbury and leave your car on Parrs Wood road. You can't come off the m60 onto the a34 in a northern direction though.
We tend to park up near Didsbury and get the train in. Works a treat.
I've always used the JetParks car parks. Just choose the one that's furthest away. JetParks 3 I think it is. Normally costs about £20 a week.
Free bus service gets you to the airport.
yeah the parking by the airport is cheap and easy enough - no hassle
We always use JetParks. JP 3 is cheaper but further away from the airport and attracts the kind of people who'd park in Moss Side (no offence) to save a few quid.
We always use JP1 or JP2 they're much more exclusive 😆
I've used JetParks 3 (because I'm a pauper rocketman!) and it was good.
Terminal 2 meet and greet via Purple parking seems to be pretty good value. You just walk in to the terminal.
