I just transfer the mixture to a cup and push the cannelloni tubes into the mixture until fully submerged and then remove. Kind of like a pastry cutter.

rather than a kitchen blowtorch - straight out to the shed for the above , Good for crisping pork crackling without overdoing the meat.....
I like my tubes clean on the outside daffy.
Just use fresh lasagna sheets, put filling along one edge and roll em up. 🙂
1. 3/4 fill a sandwich bag with mixture
2. Seal up bag by twisting open end
3. Cut corner with scissors
4. Get piping into Canelloni tubes
5. Throw away bag when done

5. repeat
6. swallow any excess mixture
7. marvel at lack of washing up.
