A spreadsheet with no values in the cells?

Correct, just a sheet with blank spaces.
I could draw it with a ruler but I need lots of them.

Turn the ipad upside down and place it on the paper, lined up with the long edge.

Move it down 42mm and run a pencil along the edge. Repeat until you get your 5 rows.

Line the ipad up with the short edge of the paper and move it down a smidge less than 13mm, draw line, etc.

Edit: then photocopy!

Edit:Edit or go to one of the on-line graph paper generators, e.g.

Having examined your posting history I’m going to say get a pen and a ruler.

Edit: Too slow and tillydog’s idea is way better

Oh ye of little faith.
Using Notes I've managed this.

I want it to fill the whole page.
