Has anyone read it? If it useful?
Someone at work recommended it but then said it was very much like Essentialism (which I didn't like at all).

Read it, enjoyed it. The authors are pretty open about how there are a lot of suggestions, but not all will suit all circumstances, so try some and see what works. I've taken a couple of lessons from it that have made me more productive.
It's a lot more relaxed than Essentialism.
