I know I need specs but a tiny red triangle on a red line is not the easiest thing to follow.
Can I embiggerise the arrow or make the red route line a different colour?

Does it not centre the arrow so you know where it is regardless?

It looks like you're either plotting a route there or following an existing one.
In your preferences you can decide what colour and line thickness you want the line, so at least the red arrow shows up better.
I think the arrow stays the same size zooming in or out so zooming out, it'll be bigger.
Go to Menu top left. Preferences. Route and Activity styles. Change what you want there.
