It appears that there's a developing story about major IT outages worldwide (seemingly affecting Microsoft cloud services).
It'll be interesting to see how this develops. Could it be a massive hack or state action or something as simple as glitchy Microsoft software.

I would go with a dodgy Azure change.
Happened before to them and the other big providers although this does seem particularly impressive scale.
