Somehow my keyboard has become unattached from the macmini, is there a way to access the Bluetooth from the login screen either with just the mouse or through my iPhone. I can't login as I can't enter my password.
This happened to me a long time ago (10.3 days). Using a USB keyboard to login was the only fix.
I thought it might be. Macs they just work. Except when they don't.
When my mac has no keyboard attached it pops up a box inviting me to attach a bluetooth keyboard..
Maybe turn off the keyboard (maybe it's kind of half connected so the mac hasn't realised it doesn't have a keyboard) - and see if it starts the process?
Just plug he keyboard in, it works as a usb one too. Mine lost connection once when the battery was run right down. I just plugged it in and worked fine. I have noticed that when the battery level is low the blue tooth can momentarily drop out.
