I have to say, as someone who loves watches, the Shinola leaves me a bit 'meh'. It's nice, but, I dunno, meh.

But then personal taste is a wonderful thing and that's the point, innit?

I really like the understated styling with a retro feel.
Anything else like that about for the same money or a bit less?

Just heard from my pal at Shinola (who's just bought a watch at full price incidentally... no deals, even for employees...) that they'll be sold out of watches by tomorrow afternoon probably, so don't delay if you want one 🙂
