Soup made from the leftovers of yesterdays roast chicken lunch. Delicious but spoilt slightly by the cheeky chicken bone that found its way into the blender and is no reappearing every now and again on the spoon.

salad featuring home-grown cherry toms (more mmmmm)

houmous and oat cakes

finish with a yohurt with some fruity muesli thrown in.
