Well, I'm +36hrs after food poisoning, have kept breakfast down and am ravenous.
I'm thinking cheese & ham toastie, with a slight smearing of english mustard and dressed with tomato and sliced gherkin.
Followed by a decadent friday belgian bun.

There's a Scotch Egg from the local butcher's in the fridge for me but don't fancy it.
Just back from steak with bacon, chips and salad. Bread roll and butter as a side, and fresh brambles for later.

Salad, tomatoes, olives, feta, seeds, peppers, french dressing x4 gallons.
Peas, sweetcorn, carrot, lettuce, mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, grapes, a wee dab of cheddar and a sliver of onion, all cut up small in a big tupaware box and given a vigorous rucksack shaking (not stirring) on the ride in. 🙂
Mackerel fillet and lettuce sandwich with mayo and hot sauce, banana, cereal bar...very boring.
Friday, so I think I'll pop out and get deep fried haddock and deep fried chips.

Sainsbury's meal deal: fancy cheese and ham butty, pineapple sticks and a bottle of pop, supplemented by cheese and onion crisps (added into the butty) and a lemon curd yoghurt. With a cuppa to wash it all down.
