The cafe opposite does double poached egg on toast for £2.20 so I will have that.
Cheaper than a crap sandwich from the supermarket.

Lucozade - been throwing up during the night and feel like crap. Stuck at work trying to get my year end figures done, otherwise I would be at home, in bed, dying.

Ham n' eggs, and ratatouille

ton,
can I pick your brains a bit about "that" [s]diet[/s] eating plan please?

Just starting it up, I know it works, but I've got a bit of a question about the "day off". I want to do my day off period over the course of two half days, from lunchtime Friday to lunchtime Saturday.
That way I can set myself up for Friday evening with a decent fish and chip lunch, have a few beers after work, a supper that doesn't matter, and a good (unrestricted) breakfast with toast to start the weekend.
The idea would then to get back on the plan "being good" from Saturday lunchtime, so it's a 24hour "day off" but not the traditional morning to morning.
Have you tried anything like this, and do you reckon it would work?

loum, i cant see why that wont work.
the day off is to kick the metabolism into burning again, and iirc, as long as you do it once a week there should be no problem.

and once you have lost a whole load of weight like i have, you can (i do) have 2 days off now and again.

Thanks ton

I'm gonna give it a go like that for at least a month, nothing to lose from experimenting.
Well except for a couple of stone. 🙂
If it doesn't work, I'll go for the normal day off but I'm fairly hopeful too.

cheers, loum

Subway sandwich. Was average. And expensive. And not very filling.

Don't know why I even thought it would be any different tbh.

*supresses rant*

After making myself hungry by looking for a picture of ribs for the vegetarian thread, I decided on a take away burrito for lunch.

Just finished it...yum.

Although it was spicy only at one end as the miserable server made it like she was putting slop in a bucket...other than that it was tasty.

FTR, I'm not vegetarian. Just happened to fancy making some veggie burgers this morning to see how they'd turn out ... so I did. And they were pretty decent. Home made fish pie rocks too.
