I need to have my trusty 10+ year old Tumi messenger bag repaired (split seam). It's long out of warranty, so I'll have to pay.
I'm going to contact Tumi UK, but if anyone has any recommendations for anyone independent, that'd be great.

I have determined that this is the only work bag I will ever have. A split seam after 10 years of abuse is pretty good going, I think....
