Every couple of weeks UKF release an hour long mix from a favoured Dj, they mostly play their own tracks and recent UKF releases.
Quality thumping tunes from Djs like Delta Heavy, DC Breaks, True Tiger & Flux Pavilion! This set of mixes is a goddam goldmine of tunes if you like drum n bass.
Mix4 from Flux Pavilion is a particulary recommended but it is rare that you find a duff one amongst the others. Mix13 by Dealty Heavy is also most excellent.
Enjoy!

'UKF' and 'quality' aren't two words I'd put in the same sentence. Maybe 'UKF' and 'cheesy wobble fest' are more appropriate.

For the more discerning DnB heads check out Critical Music Podcasts

I was really excited to see a Bassline Smith and Drumsound UKF mix on mixcloud this week. But at the risk of sounding like an old man it was just noise. I have been into DnB from before it was even called drum and bass but I am not a fan of the new sound. Bukem on Mixcloud is a winner though, especially the Utah Jazz mix.

yeah MrP that latest one is not the best, loved the new war of the worlds sample at the beginning though, with Liam Neeson. Only they could mixed it into a much better tune.

As regards Sun n Bass, I've had a few of their mixes down and I got the 'Selection' Cd last year. Although they are very good it's all a bit too soft for my tastes really, it's more towards the ambient side of DnB if there is such a thing, but you know what I mean. I DO like Calibre, his tunes are that end of things but are always excellent and some of his tunes appear on SunNBass stuff.

It would be my dream to go one year, but a week in the sun listening to tunes and getting high, the Mrs would not allow it. How mint would it be though to hire bikes for the week, ride in the day and gigs every evening in the blazing sun.

Jekkyl - Paradox isn't known for his ambient stuff... although he has done some...

What about A Sides, Bailey, Chris:SU, Doc Scott, Dom & Roland, Fracture, Klute, Loxy, Marcus Intalex, Marky, etc etc that wouldn't consider themselves ambient...

Agree on that bassline smith thing, hes changed a lot.

The Marcus Intalex Fabriclive album got played to death at my house. Must dig that out this evening, thanks for the reminder.

I used to be big into DnB but I've never heard of one of the DJs in the first post. A nice mix went up last night - http://soundcloud.com/methlab-recordings/c4c-meth-lab-studio-mix-vol1

I don't know what browser you use but it would be easy for me using Firefox and the DownloadHelper add-on. I think they're ogg-vorbis files so you may need a different media player, although most should play them now.
