My dogs bollocks I mean. He's not quite ready yet but when they appear, should I?
What are the pros and cons? I wasn't planning on letting him shag anything.
He's a border terrier BTW.
Chopped nads = calmer dog, less aggression and easier to train.
Intact nads = more character IMO but they tend to get a little grumpy in older age. Can be more aggressive and go nuts around lady dogs at certain times.
Thought it was a thread about Castration by car.

should I?
Definitely not. Get a vet to do it.

Can the same be said for gentlemen who have the snip?
All you need is a couple of bricks, it doesn't hurt at all, just so long as you keep your thumbs out of the way... 😉
Is he a bit of a hooligan?
Lessens their risk of developing Cancer too 🙂 (Acording to the OH)

Please do. Unless your dog is a very valuable pedigree and you can control where it puts it and plan to do so responsibly (ie not promoting these silly inbred problems) then YES.
Wait till he is fully grown or till advised by your vet.
He will be much better behaved and a lot less smelly and likely to pee on everything. Also there is nothing more annoying than having a horny little dog run over out of control with lust and trying to hump your in season bitch while you are on your daily walk.
and yes, as with spaying bitches, there are health benefits and your insurance should drop in reflection and in addition he will also have one less reason to run out in front of a car when guided by his purple missle tip.
