Wouldn't put me off straight away, generally you redecorate a house anyway when you move in. I wouldn't pay extra to keep the carpets though. Only thing that is fixed as such is the bedroom wardrobe doors, kitchen and bathroom are white. Looks like a nicely looked after house really!
