Looking at replacing my old dell tower pc, something I can fit on a Vesa plate and shove behind the monitor, freeing up space etc.
I'm not into gaming , just general stuff on the net and the odd GCN video ... came across the Beelink range of mini pc's through amazon , anyone use one ??

https://www.amazon.co.uk/Beelink-Windows-Refresh-Processor-Computer/dp/B08K2V3NY1?ref_=ast_sto_dp&th=1&psc=1

Thought maybe this and throw a bigger SSD in when I get it
Not sure what the new Celerons are like ? , probably more than good enough for what I want, as long as its got at least 8GB of ram, WIFI and Bluetooth and HDMI etc ... Not sure these would run windows 11 or need too ?
Any other mini pc's I should consider ?

Look at the Intel NUC range as well. I would look for something with an i3 CPU and 8GB RAM as a minimum and upgrade to an SSD if it doesn't already have one.

I’m thinking about something similar ish to run Zwift if I decide to give that a go over the winter (rather than trainer road just through my iPhone).

Found these on eBay - don’t know if they’re any good? Seems you can pick processor / ram / ssd size. Seems like for £130 you can have an i3 / 8gb ram / 240gb ssd. Which is probably sufficient for what I’d want it for. I’ve got a fairly new tower with an i5 / 16gb ram / 500gb ssd etc which is my main pc at home.

I have an Acer Veriton N, just what you need. Mine was brand new and came with the VESA plate in the box. Mine is n4660 and has usb-C etc. If you go back a generation, there are plenty on ebay that'll do what you want, you'll likely want to swap the HDD for SSD and up the RAM. You don't want or need Win 11.

My daughter and I are both using refurbed Dell Optiplex Micros Core i5, both off ebay… I just wanted a small PC for internet browsing, office etc that i could use with my work monitor. They are tiny but we got the vertical stands so take up even less desk space. I was sceptical and trawled through a lot of sellers (making sure to get the ones with inbuilt wifi and with SSD) but they are have been brilliant; quick to boot, silent and just get on with it.
