Did some extra work for his new film, Vendetta. (I'm armed copper #4)...
When we met Danny I realised that he doesn't actually act as such. He's basically the same in real life as all of his characters from the point of voice, mannerisms etc... Was actually very friendly and prepared to have a laugh, even at his own expense. At one point after those of us who were playing the police got kitted up, by the side of the Thames on a really cold Feb morning at 2am, we had a few pics taken with him. For the first one. I kept my balaclava on. He asked why so I said it was because I didn't want anyone to know I'd been in a Danny Dyer film. He laughed and asked if he could have one too in that case...
He even played a cockney gladiator in "Plebs". Great episode though.
Unless Debs and Willmott-Brown are coming back I'm not interested.
