Round where you are Redhunter I often see pile drivers tapping piles into the former marsh that is severnside. I have always thought that one day one is going to hit an old ww2 bomb. My grandfather said there were lots dropped that way after failing to drop on Filton airfield and the Germans didn’t want to fly back with them. Nice find btw.
Its only a matter of time before a pile driver and 1000Kg bomb from ww2 interface will occur.
