We have a song which gets played regularly when I go spinning, but no-one knows what it is or who it's by.
It's an instrumental piece, about 8mins long. Starts quite slow and builds up, in a sort of up down a little, up more, down a little, up even more way if that makes sense. It's not a classical piece but does remind me a little of Grieg's piece Hall of the Mountain King. it is a great motivational tune, just makes you want to try harder good for 'climbing' to. There's a drum beat, some stringed instruments of some sort and IIRC a piano.
