Wondering if anybody has one of these and is the original owner?
This utter shower of excrement will not supply parts to owners of a second hand machine and we need a new hub - the coil spring assembly that returns the rope.
Anybody got one or knows anyone with one?

They do look dodgy. 20% restocking charge for an opened box.
You could order a new one which makes you a customer, buy the part you need before it ships, and then cancel the order. Added advantage is that they'll have to pay two sets of card processing payments.

A good idea, but I'm not sure I want to get directly involved with the company. Pleasant enough exchanges with various company staff via email and the telephone, plus the machine is usually the top rated 'budget' rower so unless we had a one off breakage then I can't believe more second hand owners are not in the same position. A new take on built in obsolescence?
I said I'd go all 'socials' on them and my hordes of followers on the insta-twit would soon be on the case. Unfortunately I'm not on the 'socials' 🙄
