Got a letter this morning for previous tenant, no return address. Opened it, turns out its from the Credit Risk department at T-Mobile and it concerns his unpaid £145 bill that 'their agents' will continue to 'pursue'. Thought I'd give them a call to explain that there's no point pursuing him at this address.
However, of course the letter doesn't have a contact number on it. Tried the main T-Mobile number, but it seems impossible to get through to an actual person, never mind a specific department.
Anyone work for T-Mobile and able to give me a number that will get through to the right place?

I would forward the letter to the address above with a covering note explaining that the previous tenant has left. Keep a copy of your letter and, if you then receive any calls/visits from agents complain to the UK MD and CS directors who can be found at:

Also you can ring the normal number and follow the options for cancellations.
