Last ditch attempt of silencing a BB30 before the frame gets a rather large hammer taken to it. I've got some 641 to try first.

That's usually 243, 248 etc. Enough to hold screws and bolts in place under vibration and movement.

609 seems to be related to doing the same job but for non-threaded cylindrical components.

Blue/red. I think red is actual glue and meant to be unbreakable. Blue is intended to break with enough force.

I used 609 with a BBright press fit BB on a cervelo, creaking is a known issue. I came across the fix on a cervelo forum, some guy on there had also tried just about everything and this seemed to do the trick.
I have had no problems with any noise at all.
Apply the 609 to the cups, spray activator on the frame and keep clamped for an hour, bobs your uncle.

I think the 609 is pretty much permanent, on a carbon frame it certainly is, on aluminium not so. The 641 is not as strong as the the 609 I believe.
I can normally stop customers BB30 woes with my eyes closed but my commencal will not give up the creak.
Whoever though BB30 was good idea needs taking out the back of my house and given a good shoeing.

Sorry I'm normally not a grammar nazi, but you misspelled shoeing.
