So it's the wifi s birthday soon and I would normally take her away for a weekend or something similar. However that's obviously not happening. I'm looking for ideas but no jewelry, clothes, perfume, food or technology. So I'm struggling for ideas. Is a power kite the only option?
Roll this years dirty birthday weekend budget into next yeard.
Either extend the length or up the quality.
A book of half hour peace checks where you have to go away if issued to you during lockdown.

Yea I probably wont make the end of lockdown if I do that
My wife's birthday was also during lock down. She got a bottle of Champagne, delivered by our local wine merchants, some flowers picked up during the weekly shop and the promise of a slap-up meal when this is over.
Mrs Beaker has a significant birthday at the end of the week and all my cunning plans were cancelled. I’ve brought her a gift relating to what we were going to do and then made a Gift voucher for what we were going to do, it’ll be cashed in when all this is over. What else can you do?
Make her a cake?
Toilet rolls?
Do some kind of creative 'IOU' card stating what you will do when you are able to get out. Perhaps decide on the details of the weekend away and tell her in the form of visual clues (ie, a series of picture clues wrapped in layers of a parcel).
BTW, my wife had planned an early birthday present for me and she told me it has been cancelled. I suspect it was Download tickets as I really wanted to go this year given the three headliners 🙁
does she own a powerkite ?
I bet they're going cheap just now
Maybe a necklace of pearls?
the pendant accessory might help for birthday gift idea which my husband bought me one from there.

Presents were obvs ordered to along with flowers and I made a cake.
Depends on what you can fit in around WFH and local suppliers.
So far in lockdown we have had:
My 40th, for which I got some Covid-19 symptoms
My son's 1st Birthday
My Wifes 34th birthday
Not ideal.
