Hi - We are out on a night ride around Norland tonight and I'm just wondering of the lower part of 'Wireworks' ( Hollas Lane ) off Norland Moor is still a stream ?
We used to ride it regularly but stopped when the stream started running down the trail.
I know we could just get a minor soaking .... but just asking ?
Thanks in advance

If you're talking about the "bike wash" at the bottom of "Copley cracker", it changes all of the time.

Was dry a few weeks ago, but today it could be different.

It's been dry the last few times I've been down it Robin.  Looked like the drainage had been sorted more permanently,  but as chew says, it can change!

Local here too, indeed, I created the Bike Wash segment on Strava as that stream messed up the bottom half of CC. Came down it a couple of weeks ago and the bottom was fine and dry* so it looks like until the field drain gets diverted back into the path, should be ok.

*not so fine was hitting a rock at full tilt (for me) and shredding the tyre. Walked home that night..

I can't be shredding a tyre .... it's about 9 miles home from there and even worse I'd miss the pub stop !
